Lucknow : The city of Nawabs


                                                
Its different and sounds so strange
You have a got a stuff to write on that do not carry any range
Guess what you have got lot to share
And in just 50 words you have to wind up thats totally unfair
A city of pride known for its beauty
The famous chicken sarees and dressing stuff and to let you remind all that about the town its not my duty
Ravishing flow of the water shining really bright
This is what GOMTI is all about and thats truely right

 The city of tehzeeb,adab and nawabs
How can i miss to mention those awesome kebabs
In this context we all need to remember that fresh chilled thandai of the chowk
And and its not gonna over with time cuz we have got lot in the stock
We 'lucknowites' love to stay happy and united 
That lovely evening in ganjing and the crowd of bhootnath everytime seems pretty much delighted
It is that city which has poets in its soul
from kabir to kipling we have  many more
Coffee house, Hazratganj, Ameenabad and Chowk!! anything left now
Split up in these four and many more names..This is our lucknow
Streets –with no space to name,
Hustle and bustle –with no cause or aim, this is our lucknow

 Living a legendry life in its own way
May the spark of the glory be always like that, thats only i have to pray
Lets make a promise to keep up the spirit as what lucknow is known for
May we shine and our light shine forever like a twinkling star!!!!!
