# IncredibleKerala 63 footsteps counted to reach near the bank.Ahh!! not to be confuse here.Its just the application installed in the phone which told that I took this much step and time to reach from resort to the bank of backwaters.There I got houseboat,the magical ride was about to begin!!  Floating down the backwaters, a kaleidoscope of Kerala's culture flashes before the eyes. The murmur of the waters lulls the senses into peaceful submission. I surrendered  to the beauty of the moment and the haunting lilt of the boatman’s song. This was the backwater experience, a soothing houseboat cruise over 19 km of palm-fringed canals, rivers and lakes along the Kerala coast in Kumarkom.
